We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Basic tracking included

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas in Asia). International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your awnings, camping tents, and outdoor equipment. If you’re not happy with your purchase, here’s how our returns process works:

Our Return Policy

  • You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

Refund Information
